Libraries across the globe are turning in large numbers to LibQUAL+™, the survey instrument for gathering and analysing service quality data. Information is gathered on levels of service library users feel they are currently getting (perception) and what they would ideally like to receive (expectation). Such data and its analysis helps ensure developments in Library services are based on user priorities above all other measures.
London Business School is currently surveying its faculty and students, as part of a cohort of European Business School libraries.
London Business School faculty and students (only) can complete the survey via this link: http://portal.london.edu/?serv=LibQUAL+survey
